·      Consultations and quotes free, by phone, email, or in person if agreed.

·      All work will be proof read, but final proof reading responsibilities lies with the client. After 48 hours, it will be taken as accepted and any revisions will be charged at the usual rate.

·      Time and cost will be specified by your contract.

·      We do not accept liability for end use of any documents or materials produced or edited by us on behalf of the client.

·      We reserve the right to reject any work we consider illegal or immoral.



·      Payment can be made by Paypal or bank transfer.

·      One off tasks will be invoiced upon completion. Longer projects will be invoiced in advance. The specifics of which will be laid out in your contract.

·      Additional costs, for example: postage, courier will be invoiced as additional expenses.

·      Invoices are payable once received. If not paid within 7 days an additional charge of £10 will be applied to the outstanding monies every 7 days.

·      In the event of the contract being cancelled/terminated the client must pay for all work completed up to that point. 




We guarantee the highest level of confidentiality at all times. We do not pass or sell client information on to 3rd parties unless requested to do so by the client. If required we are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
